Osher has identified a unique investment opportunity to acquire almost 4.5 acres of raw land that has been approved by the City for a 760-bed planned development student housing community. Osher was in a unique position to acquire the land as an off-market REO from a Arizona based lender and then assign it to Stark Enterprises, Clevland based real estate comapny to develop and operate the project.

Schedule to break ground in March 2016, 1001 S. Center Street project will be delivered to the market  for Fall 2017 semester.
