Aric Ohana

With more than 12 years of experience in real estate and entrepreneurial activities he’s demonstrated that his leadership produces lucrative business ventures.

He began his career in institutional investments, overseeing the acquisition, operations and disposition of over $250 million in commercial real estate transactions. After the 2008 recession, Ohana transitioned to acquiring distressed loans secured by commercial real estate. He led the acquisition, analysis, and servicing of over $150 million in distressed commercial debt in a 24- month period.

Ohana co-founded Osher Real Estate in 2011, with a focus in student housing in Arlington, Texas. Understanding the local market trends, he led the acquisition and aggregation of several acres located on and around campus. His efforts created a $50-million student housing development opportunity which is currently in planning. 

Ori Sagie

Ori Sagie has led various entrepreneurial, investment, and operational endeavors throughout his successful 18-year career.  His entrepreneurial skills have led him through idea & product development, strategic planning and ultimately launching on public markets. Throughout these processes he’s developed comprehensive managerial experience, and embraces all facets of operations. 

In the early 2000’s Sagie served as a founding member and the Head of Business Development for Smart IL, an Israeli Software company which later merged successfully with Smart Online (Nasdaq: SOLN). Following that, he co-founded Lenn Ventures, an internet and software consulting firm specializing in early-stage investments. At Lenn Ventures with his focus primarily on Investments & Strategic Planning. In 2007 he pursued his interests in real estate investments, real assets, and technology related ventures. 

Since 2007, Sagie has been focused on the investment, structure, acquisition and operation of a vast portfolio of multifamily assets. Currently, he’s involved in projects throughout Texas and the Southern California markets.
